Coliving Mallorca

In 2021 we embarked on a new venture, namely coliving. This beautiful villa, near to Palma, is now available for coliving from December through March.

The property is quitely situated on the edge of a village, and has a main house and several outhouses. The community will consist of a maximum of 12 persons - each with a private room.

Minimum age limit is 25.
